Meet the new stud on the block! #1 most important thing around here is the BRAIN. This guy is the sweetest most gentle and friendly horse, after only 30 days under saddle he is gentle, calm, and you can already open gates off of him. We are very much looking forward to his training progress as he begins to learn about cattle work. We have high hopes for him as a heeling horse. Aside from the roping, we also plan to do other competitive level sports with him, such as cutting, sorting, penning, and versatility ranch. I wouldn’t even be surprised if he might show up at an endurance ride too! He will be a breeding option in a year or two, we appreciate your patience. Several large herds here in La Veta are excited to add a splash of COLOR, along with great minds and athletic builds. If you are interested in doing the same, please contact us about a breeding.
